Kenneth Richardson named a 2026 Individual Artists Program grantee

Thread Theory Rugs founder Kenneth Richardson has been selected for the City of Chicago's Individual Artists Program, administered by the Department of Cultural Affairs and Special Events (DCASE). He is one of 250 Chicago artists chosen from 1,239 applications in a cycle that awarded more than $1.3 million in direct support to artist-led projects across the city.
